As part of its initiative to promote a circular economy Puma India has partnered with non-profit organisation Goonj launch a programme called Steppin'. Through this programme Puma invited customers to donate any old shoes or shoes that they don’t wish to wear anymore or have outgrown and give a discount for their new purchase. Those donated shoes will then be repaired as necessary and repackaged for distribution among the rural communities in India.
Apart from the naming and branding we developed an interactive experience using interactive collection boxes at Puma stores. When the user drops their old shoes on the collection boxes, it captures the 360 angle image of the shoe and within few minute a graphical projection appears on the store wall explains how Puma gives rebirth of their old shoes before it is handed over to Goonj with the support of nice and stunning graphical art.
